Momsy Daisy partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products for your baby. This means that your order is shipped from global areas like Australia, Thailand, China etc.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on every order, all the time. (excluding free promotional items)

Shipments are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks. Note, however, that it may actually take longer due to high demand and the variety of our products and manufacturers. Especially for countries outside Australia, US & Canada, please allow 3 to 5 weeks for your items to arrive.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be sent to you and you may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking?

Unfortunately, our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers. For an update on your order please email us at customerservice@momsydaisy.com

Will my items be sent in one package?

Due to our warehouse logistics, items in the same purchase will sometimes ship in separate packages, even if you've asked for combined shipping.

Where do you ship the items from?

We have many customers worldwide, and we want to deliver efficiently to all of them. Due to that, we ship our products from various suppliers from different channels worldwide. This way we can easily deliver the item to you. Your item may ship from global areas such as Australia, Philippines, China, etc.

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages from our warehouses globally will be shipped via ePacket or EMS depending on weight and size of the product.
